What is Energy Healing?

I offer a no-touch energy healing similar to Reiki. Together, we'll explore blockages and clear stuck energy. During each session, we start by talking about what you're feeling, sit in silence while we do the healing together, and then discuss anything that came up afterwards. Sessions are 30 minutes and offered by donation. It can be done in-person in the Duboce neighborhood of San Francisco or online.

You can do it online?

Energy is everywhere and connects all of us. I prefer for initial sessions to be in-person in San Francisco, but online is just as effective. Energy healing is not actually about one person healing another, but about both of us attuning to the frequency of the energy that wants to move through your system and together creating an energetic field to allow it to do so.

That might sound like a bunch of woo mumbo jumbo. That was my take when I first encountered it. But over two decades of practice in meditation and a decade and a half of energy healing, I've realize that, in fact, the world is more woo than not woo. So of course energy healing can be done virtually. You're welcome to be skeptical. It works regardless of how you feel about it.

Background

I learned energy healing in an intensive month-long retreat in 2013 in India. I have practiced informally with friends and family since then, and finally feel read to offer this practice to anyone who would like. I'll end by saying that I was skeptical about the whole idea of energy healing until I saw it time and time again. I can make no promises of certain outcomes but I know it is a beneficial practice, both for specific conditions and in general.

I'm offering healing by donation, a suggested sliding scale between $50-150. ($50 if you're struggling with finances, $100 if things are alright, $150 if you're thriving.) If you want to pay more or less based on your situation, that's fine, just let me know. In-person sessions are conducted in the Duboce neighborhood in San Francisco.
